The entrance to the cemetery can be found at the end of Partyzans'ka Street, behind the railway, across from 61 Zadniprovs'koho Street (former Bul'varna Street) to its South.

Type of the fence. The cemetery is partially fenced. On its front face, there is a 1.5 metre tall metal fence fitted with metal gates. At its rear, there is a low concrete wall (the construction of which is unfinished) and a 1.5 metre tall concrete wall. The overgrown sections of the cemetery are unfenced.
General Site Condition:
Fenced and protected Jewish cemetery. Most of the cemetery is in a good condition. Some graves are slightly overgrown. Many of the graves are missing tombstones. Moreover, one grave bears a wooden cross, and there are others from mixed marriages.

The exact date of the cemetery’s foundation is unknown. The oldest tombstone dates to the first half of the 20th century, but according to Lo Tishkakh, the oldest tombstone on the Kamyanka Jewish Cemetery is from 1905 (this could not be confirmed by the ESJF survey team).
