YesThe Kahul Jewish Cemetery was most likely founded in the 19th century. It can be found marked on maps of the region from 1910 and, according to epigraphic data, already existed in the 1860s. The cemetery continued to function after WWII and is still in use today. In 2015, it was restored by Yefim Kogan of JewishGen.
