General site condition
Unfenced Jewish cemetery. The majority of the cemetery was demolished. Half of the site is now a grove, while the other half is derelict. A few stones resembling matzevot were thrown in the river. The cemetery site is used for cattle grazing.

12. Seven gravestones were found in the site, in the plot and the bushes. Five further stones were found in the river, near the slag block bridge.

Historical overview

The exact period of the cemetery’s establishment is unknown. However, it can be found on maps of the region from the late 19th century. According to epigraphic data, the cemetery already existed in the early 20th century.
