The cemetery is overgrown. A few original tombstones have been preserved. The majority of the tombstones in the cemetery are reconstructed. There is also an ohel dedicated to Tomaszów tzadikim.

There is an ohel dedicated to the tzadikim of Tomaszów: Józef Arie Lejbusz Fiszerman, Józef Grin, a student of the Seer from Lublin, Jozue Fiszerman, son of Józef. The ohel and the gravestones were reconstructed in 1992.
