Historical overview

There have been two tombstones with inscriptions found, one was found by a local woman in her yard in 2016. The second one was found by a family living at No.6 Zheleznodorozhny Lane Street, on August 9th 2020,  and was taken to the local museum by ESJF. The museum also contains a fragment of the American map of 1943, where the perimeter of the cemetery is clearly visible. Around 1945, the cemetery was demolished, and the land was given out to local residents for construction. A local woman Tasya, born in 1938, showed us where the cemetery was. She indicated where there was a high arch (entrance), located where No.14 Transportnaya street is now.
