General site condition
The cemetery is partially overbuilt. It is only fenced on 2 and a half sides, with a fence which is damaged in many places. There are many paths leading to the cemetery on the unfenced side. The area is in a very bad condition and is overgrown with trees and grass. There is a lot of litter and a fire pit, indicating that the location may be used for parties by locals. Ownership is split between the Warsaw Jewish religious community and the local community/Municipality who own the stadium.
