The cemetery is fenced with metal mesh that is damaged at the front. A small section of an old brick fence is preserved along the eastern border of the cemetery, on the left from beit tahara building.

General site condition
The Old Jewish cemetery of Cieszyn is situated 150 meters south of the new cemetery. The entire area is covered with dense ivy, with tombstones hidden inside. Many tombstones are broken or knocked over and a beautiful beit-tahara building is preserved at the site but is currently in poor condition.
