To reach the cemetery, turn from the main street on to Lesi Ukrainky Street. Proceed for 350 metres. Turn on to the dirt road. Proceed for 300 metres. The cemetery is located in the field, by a small stream.

The Jewish cemetery in Osiy was not marked on the cadastral map of 1865. Presumably, it was established at the end of the 19th century according to epigraphic data, with the oldest gravestone dating back to 1881.
